On the 4th of June, Bosnia and Herzegovina officially joined the Digital Europe Programme, a €7.5 billion initiative aimed at enhancing digital technology access for citizens, businesses, and public administrations across the EU and associated countries. Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina Edin Forto, along with Johann Sattler, Head of the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, emphasized the importance of this step, highlighting key elements such as artificial intelligence, supercomputing, and human resources. The Verlab Institute, part of the Its4Health DIH, participated in the event. This milestone provides Bosnia and Herzegovina access to non-refundable funds, resources, networks, and support for the digital transformation of its economy and society. Verlab Institute encourages all to apply and witness from first-hand experience, the improvement participation in this Programme can bring to society.
