The Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) of the Verlab Institute, in cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), issued a public invitation to companies to participate in the new "Digital Transformation Support Program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises 2024".
The MSME sector will have the opportunity to improve business with the help of certified consultants by introducing modern digital tools. "Digital transformation is a great opportunity for micro, small and medium-sized companies to improve their business by adopting digital technologies, from innovating the business model, improving business processes, to creating new products or services that will ensure their faster growth. Consequently, companies can improve their competitive advantages and conquering new markets", emphasizes Prof. Dr. Lejla Turulja, CDT consultant of the Verlab Institute.
Who has the right to participate?
All companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina with between five and 249 employees have the right to participate. Participants in the consulting program receive a free expert analysis by experienced and certified consultants, which is a presentation of the current state of the company, as well as an analysis of business domains that should be improved, and work on a detailed company development strategy in key domains through digital transformation.
Non-refundable subsidy of up to 5,000 KM
"Participants of the support program receive free expert analysis and consulting support from certified consultants, support in the development of a digital transformation strategy, and a subsidy of up to 5,000 KM from CDT, in the case of an investment of a total value of 10,000 KM, for the implementation of the first project that will contribute to the digital transformation of the company", points out Dr. Lejla Gurbeta Pokvić, director of the Verlab Institute.
Also, companies are provided with supervision of the solution implementation process, after the strategy has been harmonized and agreed upon between the company and the consultant.
Companies can submit applications by filling out the Digital Competitiveness questionnaire on the website of the Center for Digital Transformation of the Verlab Institute and by sending the necessary documentation from the call to email
The public call is open until January 25, 2024. The Digital Transformation Support Program 2024 of the Digital Transformation Center of the Verlab Institute is supported by the European Union and the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ) and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
