Director of the Verlab Institute, Lejla Gurbeta Pokvić, and senior expert associate, Emina Mrđanović, held a working meeting with Minister Enis Hasanović and Assistant Minister Bilsena Šahman from the Ministry of Health of Sarajevo Canton.
The key activities of the Institute in the digital transformation of the health sector were emphasized at the meeting, especially through the project Center for Digital Transformation and Digital Innovation Hub, which are being implemented with the support of GIZ. Director Pokvić expressed the importance of supporting and informing the health sector about cooperation opportunities, stressing the need to connect with international partners and transfer practices and knowledge from the EU.
"Innovative projects in partnership with institutions like the Verlab Institute provide sustainable solutions and improve the quality of the health sector. Collaboration on innovation is key to our common future." Minister Hasanović pointed out.
At the end of the meeting, the Ministry of Health of Sarajevo Canton expressed its determination to respond to the possibility of using resources through the EIT HEALTH network. Also, Minister Enis Hasanović confirmed his support for the first project proposals that are being developed in cooperation with the Verlab Institute.
Direktorica Verlab Instituta, Lejla Gurbeta Pokvić, i viši stručni saradnik, Emina Mrđanović, su održali radni sastanak s ministrom Enisom Hasanovićem i pomoćnicom ministra Bilsenom Šahman iz Ministarstva zdravstva Kantona Sarajevo.
Na sastanku su naglašene ključne aktivnosti Instituta u digitalnoj transformaciji zdravstvenog sektora, posebno kroz projekt Centar za digitalnu trasnformaciju i Digitalni inovacijski hub, koji se realiziraju uz podršku GIZ-a. Direktorica Pokvić izrazila je važnost podrške i informiranja zdravstvenog sektora o mogućnostima suradnje, ističući potrebu za povezivanjem s međunarodnim partnerima i prijenosom praksi i znanja iz EU.
"Inovativni projekti u partnerstvu s institucijama poput Verlab Instituta pružaju održiva rješenja i unaprjeđuju kvalitetu zdravstvenog sektora. Suradnja na inovacijama ključna je za našu zajedničku budućnost." istakao je ministar Hasanović.
Na kraju sastanka, Ministarstvo zdravstva Kantona Sarajevo izrazilo je odlučnost u odazivu na mogućnosti korištenja resursa putem EIT HEALTH mreže. Također, ministar Enis Hasanović potvrdio je podršku prvim projektnim prijedlozima koji se razvijaju u suradnji s Verlab Institutom.
