The two-day professional training is designed for representatives of the public sector with the aim of strengthening their capacities to understand and apply artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of digital transformation of public administration. Participants will become familiar with the basic concepts of digital transformation, key trends in AI technology development, and practical tools such as ChatGPT that can enhance everyday institutional work.
Through interactive workshops and case studies, participants will learn how AI can automate administrative processes, improve document preparation and data analysis, and contribute to more efficient decision-making. The second day of the training is dedicated to the legal, ethical, and security aspects of AI use in accordance with EU regulations (AI Act, GDPR, Data Act), with a focus on implications for the public sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
