Lecturer: Sarah Spahić

Brief description: The ChatGPT Pro training organized by Verlab Academy provides participants with insight into the basic concepts of artificial intelligence, with a special focus on ChatGPT and its capabilities. During the training, participants will become familiar with the user interface, functionalities, and application of ChatGPT in everyday and business environments. Special emphasis is placed on prompt engineering, task automation, data analysis, and ethical considerations. The training concludes with a practical workshop where participants apply their acquired knowledge through concrete examples.

Brief description: The “C2M2 – Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model” training provides participants with key skills for assessing and improving the maturity of organizations in the field of cybersecurity. During the training, participants will become familiar with the structure and domains of the C2M2 model, risk management processes, threat identification, and security capacity assessment. Through practical exercises and case study analyses, participants will learn how to implement security strategies and continuously improve an organization’s resilience to cyber threats. The seminar is intended for IT managers, security and risk management professionals, as well as anyone who wants to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity.

Brief description: The ISO training workshop is designed for companies and individuals who want to acquire or improve their knowledge of ISO standard implementation and certification. The focus is on the practical application of standards, the internal audit process, and continuous improvement of management systems. The training is tailored to the specific needs of participants and includes interactive lectures, exercises, and case studies. The goal is to enable participants to effectively align business processes with the requirements of international standards. It covers key standards for quality assurance in laboratories and inspection organizations:

ISO 17020 – Standard for inspection organizations

ISO 17025 – Competence of testing and calibration laboratories

ISO 15189 – Standard for medical laboratories.

The training on project proposal writing for EU funds provides participants with key skills and knowledge required for the successful preparation and submission of projects to EU programs. The training covers: an overview of EU programs; application possibilities, identification and analysis of problems/needs, content development of the project application (goals, activities, results), methodology for creating the logical framework matrix, horizontal activities – management and dissemination, and project budgeting. Verlab Institute has extensive experience in the implementation of EU projects, including Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, and COST actions, and through this training, it shares practical knowledge and best practices. Therefore, the training includes presenting and discussing examples of successful applications, including practical exercises and case studies, enabling participants to apply the acquired knowledge to specific examples.
Each program is tailored to the target group in terms of scope, duration, and content of the training!

Brief description: The workshop “Safe and Efficient Use of Medical Technologies: From Theory to Practice” provides professional development for medical technicians, biomedical engineers, and healthcare workers. The focus is on safety, regulatory requirements, and the practical application of medical devices, with an analysis of real-life cases from healthcare practice. The training enables the exchange of experiences between participants and lecturers, as well as the acquisition of practical skills through interactive sessions. The goal is to equip participants for the efficient and safe use of medical technologies in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

The work is organized in small groups, which enables the active involvement of all participants. In the implementation, modern methods of working, discussions, exercises, group work are used, with the use of the latest teaching technologies.

The programs can be conducted according to the topics provided for in individual seminars, or the content and method of processing can be adapted to the specific needs and situations of users.
