The visit of Bernhard Fabianek to Verlab Institute

Director of Verlab Institute, Prof. Dr. Lejla Gurbeta Pokvić, hosted Mr. Bernhard Fabianek from the European Commission, an expert on the Horizon Europe Association.

The meeting was dedicated to in-depth discussions about projects funded by the European Commission through the Horizon Europe research and innovation program. Furthermore, discussions revolved around specific thematic priorities in the Western Balkans, exploring how our institute actively contributes and participates in projects that shape the future of the region, initiating sustainability and infrastructure openness.

The significance of collaboration between Verlab Institute and European Union institutions was emphasized. This collaboration not only supports the development of higher education and research in Bosnia and Herzegovina but also strengthens the ties between the institute and institutions, opening up new opportunities for innovation and progress in the region.
