Project description:
The project “Enhancing Business Potential through the Integration of Digital Innovations and Specialized Support for SMEs” aims to foster the growth and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina by building institutional entrepreneurial infrastructure and advancing the integration of cutting-edge technologies and services of the Center for Digital Transformation (CDT) at the Verlab Institute.
The project focuses on improving CDT’s standard services, expanding technical support for digital transformation to an additional ten SMEs, and introducing new elements such as “digital & green audit” services. Additionally, as part of the project, a workshop and training session on artificial intelligence (AI) was organized, educating 60 SME representatives.
By developing and upgrading resources for big data processing and advanced analytics, the project strengthens CDT’s capabilities in utilizing high-performance computing (HPC), preparing it for the implementation of EU programs aimed at supporting SMEs.
The project ran from August 2024 to January 2025.
