MSc. Merima Smajlhodžić-Deljo, expert associate in Verlab Institute, in the period from December 15th to December 16th, 2022., as one of the representatives of DIH “Its4Health”, participated in a study visit to the unique and first Croatian gaming incubator PISMO in Novska, which a few days ago officially became the European Digital Innovation hub (EDIH).
In only 6 years of its existence, the incubator PISMO has built an astonishing cooperation with the private and public sector, and especially with public educational institutions.
Representatives of BH DIHs had the opportunity to present their plans and activities, after which the possibilities of mutual cooperation were explored, especially in the context of cross-border cooperation, EDIH activities of the PISMO Incubator and the mutual transfer of knowledge and technological innovations.
During the two-day study visit, the concept of the work of the PISMO incubator, the range of services they offer, the infrastructure and technology, the good practices they apply, and future development plans, including the EDIH PISMO project, which will create digitization services in the field of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, Blockchain and gamification were presente for a wide range of economic sectors.
