Today, a seminar on the topic “Requirements for the quality and competence of medical laboratories BAS EN ISO/IEC 15189:2018” was held in the premises of the Olympic Committee.
The lecturer is Samira Ficić, quality manager and consultant in the introduction of the Quality Management System according to ISO 17020, ISO 15189 and ISO 9001.
The participants of the seminar learned about the requirements of the BAS EN ISO/IEC 15189:2018 standard, as well as the purpose of the requirements that medical laboratories must fulfill.
Medical laboratory services are essential to patient care and must meet the needs and expectations of all patients, as well as clinical staff responsible for patient care.
