Project description:
The project successfully supported micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina on their path to digital transformation, delivering significant results:
- A fully functional Center for Digital Transformation of MSMEs was established.
- A structured methodology for the MSME support program was defined.
- Internal capacities at Verlab Institute were developed for implementing digital transformation processes in MSMEs across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- 10 experts were trained in digital transformation.
- 9 experts received certification in digital transformation.
- 10 MSMEs successfully completed the full support program, from the initial assessment to the implementation of digital solutions.
- 10 success stories, showcasing the collaboration between the Center for Digital Transformation and MSMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, were presented to a broader audience and donors.
- Awareness of the importance of digital transformation was significantly increased.
The project was implemented from October 31, 2023, to August 30, 2024, leaving a lasting impact on the digitalization of MSMEs in the country.
