The second edition of ‘Medical Device Inspection’ has been published.

One of the leading global publishing houses, Springer Nature, has released the second edition of the book titled “Medical Device Inspection,” a result of collaboration among authors from around the world, including the Verlab Institute team. Since the publication of the first edition in 2017, this book has become a global reference in the field of medical device inspection. Thanks to the support of readers and the dedication of international collaborators, it has gained the status of one of the best-selling editions in the Springer library.

In this updated edition, the complexities of the life cycle of medical devices are explored, with a special emphasis on the importance of legal metrology in the context of the healthcare industry and the prominent significance of standardized approaches to compliance assessment.
